Rosedale Villa

Rosedale Villa is located at 10107-111 Street (see map), one block north of Jasper Avenue. The Villa is located within walking distance of Railtown Park, Save-on Foods, and a variety of stores, services and restaurants.

Comprised of 97 suites, the Villa is one of the newest buildings in the Rosedale community, opening in November 2004. The Villa features a spacious and bright dining room, a common area, a chapel, a large saltwater aquarium, balconies, and underground parking. Rosedale Villa is connected to Rosedale on the Park via a 3rd floor walkway, where residents may access additional amenities and areas of the other buildings without walking outside.
