Rosedale Developments has been in operation for more than ten years in the Edmonton area. Rosedale prides itself in offering quality care and support to seniors, in the comfort of their own home at an affordable price.

Rosedale St. Albert is located at 10 Hebert Road (see map) in St. Albert. Rosedale is conveniently located next to the Gateway Village Shopping Center that includes a family medical centre, Safeway, Superstore, Tim Hortons, banks and a variety of services and restaurants.

Rosedale St. Albert is comprised of 121 one-bedroom suites and 27 two-bedroom suites. A number of clinics are offered on site including pharmacy clinics, medical, foot care, hearing aid and eye clinics.

The building is barrier-free, and offers many amenities including a full-service dining area, spacious common areas, sitting areas, chapel, beauty salon, assisted bath and a beautiful courtyard and garden area. Suite features include spacious kitchens, large windows, and walk-in showers.

We are also pleased to offer recreation programming that includes daily organized programs, live entertainment, exercise, bus outings and wellness clinics.

Rosedale Developments provides the following services to all residents and are included in suite rental fees: Supper meals, weekly housekeeping, emergency response system, linen services, utilities (except telephone), Licensed practical nurses, Health care aids, and on-site medical services. Additional fee-for-service items are available such as breakfast and lunch, personal laundry and underground parking.
