Rosedale on the Park

Rosedale on the Park is located at 10103-111 Street (see map), overlooking Railtown Park. The building is conveniently located beside Save-on Foods and a variety of stores, services and restaurants.

The Park is comprised of 105 suites and includes such features as a dining room with large windows facing Railtown Park, a fireside lounge, a meeting room, flower gardens, and underground parking. A ground level walkway connects the Park to the Estates where residents may access the large common area that hosts evening entertainment, exercise classes, movie viewings and a number of resident initiated social activities are held.
