Rosedale Estates

Rosedale Estates is located at 10101-111 Street (see map), one block north of Jasper Avenue on Railtown Park. The building is conveniently located beside Save-on Foods and a variety of stores, services and restaurants.

Comprised of 121 suites, the Estates is the one of the largest buildings within the Rosedale community. Due to its size, the Estates offers ample social opportunities where a friendly face can always be found. A spacious common area is the host to evening entertainment, exercise classes, movie viewings, and a number of resident initiated social activities. The rose garden courtyard is a favourite spot in the warmer months, and the vegetable garden in the back is open to all residents.

The Estates is also pleased to offer one of the few private Alzheimer/Dementia Special Care units in Edmonton. The secured unit is designed for specialized care needs that maintain social interactions in a pleasing, home-style environment.
